Job Overview:.

- We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing with a strong focus on campaign performance, data analysis, and ROI tracking.

- This role is crucial in driving online visibility, lead generation, and conversion optimization for our travel business.

- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and analyzing marketing data to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a focus on lead generation and bookings.

- Track ROI, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and LTV (Lifetime Value) for all digital marketing campaigns.

- Generate detailed performance reports on ad spend, revenue attribution, and customer journey analytics.

- Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies to improve ad efficiency.

- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market trend research to refine campaign strategies.

- Optimize landing pages and ad copies for higher CTRs and conversions.

- Run ad campaigns to generate leads while staying within budget and adjusting as needed.

- Convert site traffic into marketing-qualified leads using calls-to-action, landing pages, and content.

- Optimize lead nurturing through email, content, and social channels.

- Track performance, analyze conversion data, and continuously refine processes to improve results.

- Brainstorm and implement innovative social media strategies to boost brand engagement and awareness.

- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling creatives tailored to platform-specific audiences.

- Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into campaigns effectively.

- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce CPA.

- Manage budgets effectively to maximize digital ad spending efficiency.

- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product launches and promotions.

- Test and experiment with new marketing tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the brand's identity, values, and long-term vision.

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.

- Hands on experience on SEO and SEM and google ads.

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals.

- Stay up to date with the latest travel industry marketing trends and advertising regulations.

Requirements:.

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign analytics, preferably in the travel industry.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

- Experience with campaign budget allocation, ROI tracking, and performance reporting.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
