Clarity Travel Technology Solutions - Chief Financial Officer

Chief financial officers (CFOs) with strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills. Responsible for developing the organizations overall financial policies. Provides strategic direction of all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.

With at least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including a minimum of five years in a management role.

- Developing plans for growth to increase company profit.

- Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions.

- Providing strategic management of the accounting and finance functions

- Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

- Recommending improvements to ensure the integrity of a companys financial information

- Managing or overseeing the relationship with independent auditors

- Collaborating with CEO, board members and other senior managers.

- Overseeing financial systems implementations and upgrades

- Managing relationships with investors and investment institutions

- Identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements

- Hiring, training, and retaining skilled accounting and finance staff

- Business Intelligence skills.

- Statutory and mandatory compliance

Qualifications:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

- Masters degree in accounting or other finance-related studies,

- Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
