Essential Functions
- 5+yrs of Commercial line Claims Experience coming from a broker, insurance company or surveyor firm
- Claims Processing
- Ensure the retention and development of the existing portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities for claims consultancy.
- Provide sufficient resources to enable the claims team to meet the standard of service required.
Administration
- Manage the workload of the claims team giving due consideration to the experience of the staff in question.
Development
- Improve staff capability by providing training and development activities and through recruitment.
- Build and foster good relationships with Account Directors and Account Executives and other departments in general.
- Establish and maintain links with the markets, legal profession, etc.
