- Must have 2-4 years of NBFC hiring experience.
- Someone who has managed the journey from sourcing to exit.
- Problem solving and stakeholder management will be a key factor for having success in this role.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and benefits administration.
- Talent Development: Identify and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Organizational Development: Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support team building and development.
- HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
