CK Birla Healthcare - Senior Manager - Growth & Strategy

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

- MBA from a top tier institute - Tier 1 / 2 colleges

- 4+ years of experience in Strategy/Executive Assistant roles in companies with fast pace and large program implementation mandates (Healthcare /HealthTech experience will be preferred)

- Prior experience in cross functional program management is mandatory

- Prior Consulting experience is preferred

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Understand and program manage timely and high-quality execution of all strategic plans of the company

- Rigorously follow-up on MoM from each review meeting to drive closure

- Help in aligning cross-functional teams and addressing gaps, if any

- Timely escalate risks and delays on execution to Business Head

- Share regular updates with Business Head and Leadership Team on progress of various strategic and operational initiatives

- Manage all strategic MIS and share emerging trends and insights with leadership team

- Keep abreast with industry and competition trends and share findings with the leadership team

- Design and deliver relevant company dashboards, presentations, pitches for internal and external communications
