Senior Manager Corporate Sales and Strategic Partnerships
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA from Tier I / II Institute
- 8-10 years exp in leading Corporate Sales / Strategic Alliances in Healthcare/FinTech/Ed Tech/Health-tech
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Hunting / pitching skills
Key Job Responsibilities:- Define and execute strategy to grow sales and revenue through corporate partnerships , strategic alliances
- Manage empanelment of Corporates as a preferred or exclusive place of treatment for their employees
- Negotiate and determine various terms and conditions of empanelment with the external bodies at competitive standards & aligned to our policies
- Frame the Empanelment agreement with the Corporate and conduct regular follow ups
- Achieve the assigned revenue targets
- Ensure the collection of full and final payments from different corporate within mutually agreed credit period timelines
- To visit and build relationships with corporates in areas close to our Centre/Unit locations
- Manage events and activities in Corporates such as awareness talks, Camps, relationship dinners etc.
- Analyse and present periodic sales reports/dashboards to the leadership team
- Supervise and ensure that corporate patients have a good experience with us; adorn a customer first mindset
