Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA / PGDM
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing training in a multi-centre set-up (healthcare or retail industries)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Candidate should be open for extensive travel
- Experience in team management
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through multiple channels, such as performance review, patient satisfaction score, organization context etc
- Design and create engaging training content based on requirements, either in house or though training partners
- Manage all types of training for different talent cohorts:
- Mandatory training (BLS, POSH)
- Service Excellence Training
- Induction
- Functional Training (e.g., Sales conversion, IT)
- Deliver training programs to employees across all levels of the organization
- Audit/Measure training effectiveness of all programs and take steps to enhance ROI
- Maintain records of all trainings conducted, including attendance, feedback, etc
- Update training content based on employee feedback and latest industry trends
- Identify internal trainers and conduct TTTs for them
- Publish monthly MIS /dashboard on key metrics
