DGM Program Manager
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA from premier B-Schools or B.Tech from premier engineering colleges
- 6-7 years of experience in performance management, CRM, SEO in new age internet companies(e.g., e-commerce, EdTech, e-health etc)
- Good experience in team management and client management
Key Job Responsibilities:- Understand current customer journey, sales funnel, processes etc of client (internal company) by taking inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Manage growth marketing encompassing SEO, SEM, CRM and affiliate
- Define the digital customer acquisition strategy across all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails and social media) in line with company's strategy
- Create an action plan to transition current ways of working to desired state in order to optimize acquisition marketing
- Align internal team on the new requirements and track adherence to project plan deliverables
- Work closely with CXO team on new initiatives in Digital Health
- Define key metrics and keep senior leadership informed on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
