DGM Business Analytics

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

- B.Tech from premier engineering colleges (IIT/BITs Pilani, NSIT/DCE/NIT Karnataka, Warangal and Trichy)

- 5-7 years of experience in analytics ideally from Healthcare practice

- Experience in running a data warehouse, management reporting, BI and create forecast models, pricing analytics, discounting customer segmentation and personalization

- Well versed with SQL, Python, Excel, VBA, Excel miner etc.

- Should be able to train data analysts on functional skills

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Drive organization of data to enhance business performance and decision making

- Take ownership of back-end data structures

- Identify trends and highlight gaps

- Create forecasting and predictive models for revenue growth across different business lines

- Work alongside businesses and teams to drive cross-sell and up-sell revenues

- Train data analysts to enhance their functional skills
