Deputy General Manager, Branding
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Min 8-10 years of experience in Brand management function for a reputed B2C brand in FMCG / consumer health space
- Should have managed a team of min. 3-4 direct reports + agency ecosystem
- Should have sound knowledge of driving brand building across ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Digital etc), PR and BTL
- Should have a sound understanding of using market research to drive brand building
Key Job Responsibilities:- Set, define and implement the brand strategy in line with business strategy
- Define the brand plan along with the Function Head in alignment with company's vision and strategy priorities
- Drive brand health metrics like consideration and preference
- Ensure that all communication is crafted keeping the brand essence and vision in mind
- Facilitate the creation of award-winning and effective communication campaigns by floating sharply defined creative briefs for internal and external teams
- Manage the creative and PR agency to deliver results in line with the brand plan
- Drive the development of strong customer insights and incorporate the same in the brand plan
- Build cultural, category and competition learnings for a better innovation pipeline/ market specific communication
- Manage the team, to drive timely and effective deliverable
