Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Masters' Degree in Communication from reputed institutes (MICA, IIMC, Jamia, NID, Symbiosis etc.)
- 10-14 years of related experience in creative direction and content development (website, video, blogs, brand, etc)
- Experience of working in consumer internet companies will be preferred
- Proven experience with concept development
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative content ideas for different online and offline mediums, which create a high brand recall value
- Should be able to leverage and manage different content marketing channels (you tube channel/ad, website, DV 360 and other google platforms)
- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
- Should be able to write content briefs based on need requirements of different internal stakeholders
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for diverse audiences
- Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution to internal stakeholders
- Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the company brand image and guidelines
