a) Site identification &amp; Investigation / Structural Engineering : - The incumbent should be BE Civil with at least 20+ years of experience. A Nicmar passout shall be an added advantage - To conceptualize, coordinate, execute, monitor, commission and validate various projects of company &amp; Green field Projects. - Site identification, finalization of specifications, Layout, Quantity calculations, Estimation, BOQ finalization, Tendering, selection of contractors and consultant, Bill of certification etc. - To conduct site investigation, technical and feasibility studies and also to resolve design and development problems b) Statutory Regulations &amp; Compliances To Co-ordinate between contractors, User, Architect and Structural consultant for timely deliverance of project. Ensure adherence to all Statutory requirements from Pollution control board like NOC &amp; consent from pollution control board, Plan approval from insp. of factories and Boilers, GIDC etc. c:) Project Management - Civil - Planning, modifications, renovations and execution. Etc. - To manage team of engineers, working on projects. - To track the Project status vis-a-vis plan and make corrections as and when required. - Ensure safety rules are applied and security system in place on construction site. - EHS/ Occupational Health - To undertake validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) of HVAC, water and Manufacturing equipment's for cGMP compliance - To plan preventive maintenance, keeping spares inventory and control.
