Treasury
- Developing and maintaining relationship with various banks for Debt, Working Capital and other funding requirements
- Co-ordinating with Businesses across Landmark Hospitality to understand the future funding requirement
- Reviewing the cash flow statements of businesses and discussing with banks for establishing lines of credit
- Getting quotes from local and international banks based on concept funding needs based on commercials agreed with top management
- Review and comment on the facility agreement provided by banks to ensure commercial viability and the internal financing benchmarks
- Present detailed comparative paper before Head of finances & CFO for helping them to take informed decisions
- Review the fund positions across bank accounts and territories to ensure effective management of cash float
- Analyse various rates and charges levied by banks on POS, CC, Cash pickup, online banking across businesses and take measures to rationalize the cost
- Maintaining tracker of Cash balance lying at various businesses/territories
- Effective liquidity management by moving funds from businesses/territories to repay loans, shareholders and creditors on time
- Calculating covenants mentioned in facility and sending to bank before due date
- Ensuring that loan and interest payments are done on due date by businesses and checking for any discrepancy in debits by bank
- Fulfilling KYC requirement of all banks where we have account
- Ensure bank covenants are met on time
- Liase with bank for opening, amendment or closing of bank accounts
- Troubleshoot any issues faced by concept with banks
Cash Flow Management
- Analyzing Budget Cash flows prepared by businesses and reviewing it for debt and equity mix adequacy
- Monthly/Quarterly Budget vs Actual review with businesses to understand if there is any deviation in fund requirement
- Short term management of funds through Working Capital, inter concept lending arrangements
Analytics
- Be a part of the FP&A team to provide business analytics & insights for proper management decision
- Consolidation of the monthly MIS/ reports from businesses
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual review decks with management & board
Insurance
- Maintain updated trackers of Insurance policies taken by Group
- Initiating renewal process before due date by liaising with Retail, Insurance Company and businesses
- Ensure that all insurance policies are in place before opening of new outlets
- Adequate employee related policies are taken based on data provided by HR
- Liaising with Group insurance team to take any new policy required in the interest of business
- Providing information and following up in case of claims with insurers.
