Responsibilities :
1. Design frameworks and policies for effective support to CityMall Partners
2. Lead the support team of ticket and on-call agent to drive better retention of partner network
3. Operate daily dashboards and be accountable for TATs on support tickets
4. Closely work with partners, understanding their pain points, capability gaps and growth potentials
5. Run pilots and projects to generate alpha in the existing design constructs
6. Perform daily functions of Program management such as program planning and scheduling, analyzing the impact, resource planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliveries, milestones and objectives
Skills and experience:
1. Role will require :
- Good data understanding, ability to draw insights from multiple data sources and interrelated variables (should be hands-on with excel)
- Stellar program management skills
- Great people skills, with equal comfort while talking to a Tier 2/3/4 city dweller
2. Graduate from Tier 1 college.
3. 1-4 years of experience across relevant profiles program management / Growth etc., start-up experience is preferred
4. Willing to roll up the sleeves and do what's required.
