Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

Performance Marketing Own end to end new user acquisition strategies, tactics, and budgeting with the objective of working with an optimal mix of digital channels and spends. Manage user journeys to optimize CPA & explore new growth strategies/channels.

Know the Function :

The role is a part of the Marketing team, which manages overall communication and growth charter for the organization, through extensive consumer understanding, strategic communication development and new user acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaign launch, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Campaign management & performance

- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google ads & Facebook ads

- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, account score and another important account metrics

- Coordinate with the copywriters & graphic designers

- Manage relationship(s) with a variety of media and marketing partners, with ownership overspending and efficiency

- Report and monitor individual campaigns, adapt to scale, and roll out interventions if necessary

- Monthly planning of customer acquisition and execution across platforms. Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spends, scale and quality

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

What are we looking for in you?

- Working knowledge of digital marketing concept tools & trends with hands on experience in handling & running campaigns across Google & FB ad accounts

- Knowledge of SQL, coding an added advantage to pull out & evaluate data

- 4+ years of total experience across digital

- Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred

- Hands-on experience in running A/B tests and optimizing conversion

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
