You will enjoy being part of CityMall if you : - Are Hungry enough to get your hands dirty and hustle through - Have First-principles approach towards any problem - Are Humble to accept mistakes and work collaboratively to find answers - Love being part of 0 to 1 journey in a startup Your responsibilities : - Owning the app merchandising flow and calendar planning, taking into consideration platform and category goals, leveraging festivals, important days, sale events, new launches and seasonal relevant events for category, brand and product discovery. - Track and own the conversion of CTR, CVR metrics of individual merchandising assets and overall Drive visibility and discovery campaigns for new launches as well as relevant categories/ subcategories /p types . - Understand and implement cohort-level merchandising plans . - Collaborate cross-functionally with a) Design team in creative execution, b) category marketing managers for category goals and c) product for merchandising asset improvements . Your skills and experience : - Graduation from Tier 1 Institute . - Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience in eCommerce/digital companies. - Good data and well in design grasp Salary offered: 18-22LPA
