Sales Planning & Budgeting:
- Prepare sales/demand plan for peak traffic and non-peak traffic (Targeting Students & Working Professionals)
- To begin with, setting & achieving sales target for regional sales team which includes team of Pune, and other cities of Maharashtra
- Devising B2C & B2B sales strategies in coordination with National Sales Head to achieve regional target.
- Develop and implement sales strategy for all markets customized to the requirements of that territory
- Working closely with Real Estate and Transformation team to understand the supply flow.
- Creating marketing strategies in line with Central Marketing Team.
- Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
- Monitor competition
- Recommending pricing strategies for all properties
- To work closely with Operations team and pre-sales team.
- Regional Sales Manpower planning basis the supply flow
Aid team members in achieving their targets:
- Help and aid in sales closures and intervene wherever necessary
- Ensure proper coaching to team members on the SL product line.
- Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the team's objectives
Team Management:
- Participate actively in all team activities including going to properties
- Coach and mentor team members
- Actively encourage upward feedback
- Provide training to all team members on a regular basis on sales skills
- Spend time with team members in giving feedback on their performance and also in resolving issues / conflicts
- Ensure Team morale remains high
- Ensure team retention in the region d. Implement & maintain processes and systems by ground staff as developed centrally
