- Managing multiple units for day-to-day operations.
- Guiding and motivating unit teams to achieve targets and budgets.
- Delivery of superior customer service and consumer service.
- Team hiring, Training and development of the team.
- Unit mobilization and putting core operational skills and best practices in place as per SOPs.
- Operational training on all aspects which can build employees ability and confidence level to reach certain GOALS
- To drive operations excellence and delivery of key financial targets in line with leadership expectations.
- Revenue Generate Profit & Loss statement and work out on Monthly and quarterly budgets & Drive units under profitable margin.
- Labor Management - To run all units under Productivity and plan on manning cost as per revenue and estimated budgets in effective utilization of resources Control and optimize administrative expenses of the sites.
- Understanding key enablers and barriers to achieve client satisfaction
- Timely resolution of client escalations.
- Helping Sites in maintaining good CRM with the clients and meeting regional collection targets as an operations manager.
- Adhering to Scope of Work, agreements, detailness and documentation.
- Competent in handling the scoping of new sites and making the detailed costing, and to partnering with the revenue team to win the accounts.
- Generating clarity in the scope of work and guiding regional teams in service delivery
- Provide operational support - both Technical and Soft Services to the sites in your region
- Monthly; Quarterly and other various MIS to the management
- Benchmarking best practices in various sites in the region
