City Operations Head - Beauty & Wellness Startup - IIM/XLRS/FMS/IIT/NITIE

A 3 month old start-up in the Indian beauty and wellness space is looking for a founding team member in a city-level operations role.

We have a mobile and web platform which will enable consumers to discover and book beauty and wellness services, and also empower salons, spas and individual beauticians to function more efficiently.

The current team is from IIM Calcutta and has past startup experience. The startup is mentored by a tier-1 VC.

We are looking for an enthusiastic or experienced city-level operations head, who can

- Expand our in-home beauty service operations

- Provide structure in the form of SOPs, deliverables etc

- Grow and optimize operations to mutually agreed "transaction" and "quality of service" goals

- Drive data driven marketing strategies as needed to help achieve goals

We are looking for candidates who will fit in an early startup culture and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the table. You need to act independently, and execute with speed.

As this is a beauty and wellness service, we have a preference for candidates who are familiar with and use beauty services like salons and spas regularly. Enthusiastic female premier school (IIM/XLRS/FMS/IIT/BITS/NITIE/- ) graduates/post graduates are ideal.

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: Attractive early stage equity based remuneration with a low cash component as applicable for founding team member profiles.
