City Manager - Startup

Responsibilities

- Set and achieve short and long term goal for growth & profitability for your city

- Take complete ownership of city's P&L and managing jointly with central operations & marketing teams

- Build and work a team to grow partners and users for your city

- Plan and execute new products and features to unlock use cases for users and partners

- Take ownership of city specific and local regulatory requirements

- Identify and communicate product/process requirements to internal teams across engineering, product and central business teams

- Manage growth and performance of individuals in the city team

Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of work experience, preferably with experience in P&L management

- Data-driven decision making and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset

- Strategic thinking and sound-business judgment

- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through solid project-management and communication

- Leadership to motivate your team to take up and achieve tall business targets

- Good interpersonal skills to build and grow valuable business networks and partnerships
