- 4-6 Years of experience in Team management/City Management

- Preferred from lending industry with good understanding of Financing vertical and Customer journey for Financing cycle

- Strong Data Management and team management skills

- Strong data understanding skills

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Handling assigned location

- Plan and execute strategies to increase finance penetration for the company

- Responsible for Planning, Hiring and Training of Sales Team

- Team Management and Solution oriented

- Effective planning and Deliver on targets/metrics defined as part of the job

- Responsible for drive smooth functional activity with cross vertical deptt.

- Manage Target for the region

- Problem Solving & Decision making skills for Customers/Team members

- Driving daily review with the team to ensure daily targets meet

- Submit Weekly/Monthly presentation on the business insights
