Looking to hire smart and experienced Manager to handle the City Operations & Business Development.

Designation : City Manager

Reports to : VP Operations

Location : Mangalore / Bhopal

Responsibilities :

- Take care of Operations and Business Development in cities

- Analyze, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.

- Use every skill you have acquired to promote the network

- Help define our go-to-market message, develop & execute our marketing plan

- Develop and maintain the business plan

- Take care of recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Ensure that the product road-map is in alignment with the startup's vision

- Engage your team

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience working with teams

- Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.

- Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies.

- Knows how to set priorities and make things happen.

- Local language speakers preferred.
