City Manager - Financial Industry

Nature of Role:

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the area that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Proactively understanding customer needs and cross- selling multiple products as per the requirements

- Planning and Executing all activities / campaigns in the area/state.

- Displaying customer centricity by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelines

- Prepares action plans for individuals as well as for the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Conducts one-on-one review with all Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their performance

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

Major Deliverables:

- Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives.

- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives

- Meet & exceed business targets in terms of profitability , optimum product mix and quality of sourcing in the assigned territory

- Should prove to be the one point contact for all financial needs for his/ her customer

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

- Timely submission of MIS reports.

- Ensuring the customer satisfaction matrix is met for all client relationships

Skills Required :

Functional Industry

- Knowledge about all financial products across Assets, Loans, Mortgages, Insurance, Consumer durables,telecom and their policies & programs.

- Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures

- Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and finance peculiarities.

- Thinks strategically

- NBFC/Bank

- Excellent communication and presentation skills – Should be able to talk and convince the customer both internal and external

- Degree in Commerce/Business Mangement or equivalent
