About the Role: As Growth Manager, youll work on strategic initiatives to drive user growth. You will be responsible for strategising as well as end to end implementation of growth strategies to scale user growth. You will lead initiatives to structurally reduce CAC and work closely with the Product, Analytics and Tech team. What you will do: - Drive user growth through Performance Marketing channels - Identify and implement high impact initiatives that drive sustainable growth - Research audience segments and competition to develop and enhance communication strategies - Track and analyse user acquisition metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement - Use the insights to develop framework for experimentation and rapid scale up of winning strategies - Experiment & Scale new and emerging marketing opportunities, channels/platforms and industry best practices - Collaborate with product team to work on features and functionality to drive organic growth and funnel improvement - Own end-to-end user growth while liaising across functions - Creative, Product, Analytics and Tech What you will need: - Degree in any discipline is required - preferred Tier 1 colleges - 3+Years of experience digital marketing in high growth startup - App marketing experience on google channel is must - Structured problem-solving skills - Strong creative and analytical skills - Proven ability to take up high ownership - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
