City Lead - Valuation - Advisory Team

Reporting To : Senior Director & Co Head

Location : Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Minimum 1 cr revenue, minimum revenue generate 8-10 cr every year.

- He/she must have government advisory and Consulting background.

- Heading valuation exercises for portfolios/ single assets across real estate segments utilizing various methodologies - Direct Capitalization, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.

- Preparing valuation and advisory reports for clients

- Retail Valuation for banks / ARCs / NBFCs / HNI / Individuals

- Working on financial cash flows (DCF & Residual approach)

- Preparing approximate area statement understanding the section from the DCPR

- Keeping abreast of the real estate market through primary and secondary research

- Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Comprehensive Due Diligence Reports

- Coordinate with Internal & External Clients to discuss and finalize the valuation reports.
