We are Looking for a City Lead, Industrial for a global company which is HQ in Gurgaon. This role is a leadership role to be leading their Ahmadabad operations in capacity of a City Lead.

About the Role :
- 12-15 years of experience
- Transactions experience, preferably in the Industrial Practice
- Strong Team Management skills
- Preference to exposure in Gujarat Market
Business leadership -
- Demonstrate strong business leadership through industry knowledge, customer delivery/satisfaction, P&L focus and leading city team from front. Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates particularly focussing on sourcing industrial acquisition / disposal transactions and warehouse lease/sale transactions
- Co-ordinating with respective authorities for all clearances, documentations and other compliance tasks.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Lead the team in identifying & sourcing of quality supply of industrial and warehousing deals within urban area and execute transactions
- Networking with real estate intermediaries, local brokers, develop contacts with key persons in the State Industrial Development Corporations, Trade Associations, and India Entry Consultants etc. for identifying business opportunities.
- Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography.
- Meet / exceed revenue and profitability targets Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong leadership skills, proven team management & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative Strong Networking & Persuasion skills with ability to multi task and work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Prior experience in Industrial / Warehousing transactions with complete understanding of real estate transaction practices including knowledge of relevant legal jurisdiction
- Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios and drive team.
