City Lead - Essentials Procurement/Warehouse Operations

 Setup warehouse for essentials from the ground ups. This would involve (but not limited to) :

- Identifying essentials warehouse location

- Warehouse design and layout

- Infra and tools required

- Tool deployment and picker training

- Maintain quality and fulfillment at each store

- Hiring, managing and retaining warehouse staff

- Identify SKU selection to be made available and managing procurement of it

- Negotiate margin with suppliers commissions with the Merchant partners

- Work towards key metrics related to revenue of stores, cost optimization, process optimization, and operational planning

- Ability to drive decisions with data
