City Lead- Enterprise Sales for a Co-Working space in Hyderabad.
Job Profile :
- Will be responsible for driving sales across startups, small & medium sized business and Fortune 1000 Enterprises.
- Meeting or exceeding growth targets in the market with strong ability to lead and scale business.
- Developing and implementing standard methodologies in the market to improve lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates.
- Building key relationships with Founders, CXO's Corporate Heads of Real Estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders.
- Understanding & identifying their workspace needs, business performance and expansion plans.
- Demonstrating the value proposition.
- Keeping track of market trends, competition and the macro-economic workplace landscape.
Desired Profile :
- Post Graduate with 10-12 years experience in IPC/Real Estate/CoWorking/Leasing/E-Commerce having handled B2B sales.
