Duties & responsibilities:
What this job involves:
- Responsible to achieve desired revenue goals as an city lead. Being an effective solution provider to the landlords, Building owners & developers with space decisions end to end. Ability to establish and maintain active relations with landowners & developers will be crucial for success.
- Achieve Bengaluru Capital Markets Financial Targets and play a pivotal role in adding new clients to Savills portfolio across city's geographies
- Develop strategic framework for long, medium & short term business performance with market share expansion plans for both land, corporate finance & building sale business
- Actively work on identifying and hiring key talent to build a strong team. Focus on developing & managing the team through regular coaching & mentoring
- Achieve targets for Sell side client penetration with developers, landlords and building owners
- Consistent tracking of sales funnel and end to end ownership of Sales Targets for the function. Ensure proper, accurate and timely reporting as per formats.
- Ensure receivable management within target
- Personally lead transactions with key accounts
To apply candidate must have:
- Demonstrated Deal Closure Ability
- Relationships with Developers and Sell Side
- Real Estate Finance and Land Sale and Building Sale experience
- Knowledge of Bengaluru Real Estate
- Strong Interpersonal & team management skills
- Sell Side Advisory/ Brokerage Experience in Capital Markets
- Direct Reports All members of capital markets team in Bengaluru

Employee specification:
- MBA or CA or both
- 10 years+ of work experience across IPCs, investment banking or private equity
- Good College & Academics
- Additional specialisation (CS, CFA) is an added advantage
