We are a couple of NIT and IIM alumni with ~15 years of combined experience in Sales & Marketing, Operations and Finance. We are a good mix of dreamers and realists.

Our startup aims to bring beauty artists and customers closer than ever before.

Role :

- You are responsible for end-to-end business development for your region. You will be required to constantly ideate, collaborate and find ways to WIN in your markets.

- Positions open in Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities :

Supplier Recruitment :

- Do an awesome job of bringing in a variety of suppliers through one-on-one interactions, industry meets and networks. Includes the groundwork - Market mapping, planning, pitch; includes the legwork - Meetings, followups and sign-ups.

Supplier Management :

- Ensure they have long-term profitable prospects. Drive initiatives to strengthen supplier relationships.

Sales planning and forecasting :

- Develop customer acquisition plan for your region. Drive your own top-line. Establish monthly forecasts for supplier and consumer acquisition and retention.

Market Development :

- Focus on end-to-end purchase funnel and deliver maximum value through optimum use of resources - time and money.

Preferred Qualifications :

- You are an MBA graduate from a top-100 B-School

- Experience in Sales, marketing and business development functions in B to C services

- Experience in managing or working in the salon & spa industry a big (BIG) plus
