Job Opportunity with Leading Smartphone Company
Role summary:
- Responsible for driving business in the respective city/territory/area.
- Build the brand and drive sales via offline channels.
- Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies.
- Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the region/city/territory.
- Develop a keen understanding of the products & how they can fulfill the local consumer needs
- Execute local marketing and brand building strategies.
- Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency.
- Build relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in in sales, distribution and retail operations in that territory
- Must have a Master degree in Business.
- Prior team leading experience. Should be able to manage large teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving approach
- Should be OK with traveling 4-5 days a week (must!)
- Preferred industries: handset, consumer durable, FMCG, paints etc.
