City Sales Head - Real Estate
1. Overall Responsibility and accountability of business plan for assigned City/Region.
2. Manpower Planning and Optimized allocation of resources to ensure productivity per person is met as per the business plan.
3. Work closely with Product, Strategy and Marketing team to ensure overall Launch/Sustenance plan is designed and executed as per the business plan.
4. Achieve minimum threshold of the assigned targets from time to time and ensure conversions at 15% avg. Take corrective measures to reduce or minimize cancellations.
5. Maintain Lead to walk-in at 10% and Walk-in to booking ratios at 15%.
6. Ensure usage of SFDC and System orientation is disciplined to all members of the team.
7. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly review for all member/projects to ensure that all projects, team leads, and sales managers are on track to achieve business plan.
8. Plan for all sourcing channels to get business and ensure optimum level of resources are planned for each channel to deliver desired business plan.
9. Plan for new avenues and channels to improve sourcing and conversions.
10. Plan for career progression for the top performing members by mentoring, coaching and putting him/her on growth path of larger responsibilities.
11. Ensure Ethics/Integrity & code of conduct is maintained at all levels. Maintain a check and balance to establish conducive professional environment to achieve organizational business goals.
