City Head - Sales - Online/eCommerce

Key Responsibilities :

- Build business and lead P&L, setup client operations of a city/zone

- Responsible for acquisition and portfolio management of client supply, building sustainable supply channels and overseeing operations and customer experience

- Hire, mentor and lead teams of size 40-50 highly motivated employees across Business

Development, Operations, Transformation and Finance :

- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience and cost effective operations

Required Skills :

- Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring

- Ability to get things done and influence others

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
