Role: City Head
Job Description :
I. Responsible for the overall growth of the city, including growing the user base and the restaurant base.
II. Understand the Dining out a culture of the city and identify new ways to get the experience in front of new diners.
III. Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
IV. Manage deployment of at partner restaurants and ensure usage.
V. Represent at local events and with local PR.
VI. Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them.
VII. Develop complex brand and event partnerships. Programs that evolve and transform the way that markets and sells for Business.
VIII. Create the strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, etc.
IX. Lead deployment of and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports, and dashboards
X. Responsible for building tools and creative processes for the sales organization to boost productivity
XI. Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of training for the Sales organization and manage the onboarding process of new Sales employees.
XII. Tame upset diners and turn them into passionate evangelists
