Finance and Operations :
- Own your city's P&L in collaboration with central operations
- Define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your city and track the progress with monthly feedback
- Responsible for all aspects of Operations in the city from the first demo with a client until recurring invoice and payments
- Ensure that the Company is compliant with necessary government and statutory requirements of the city if any
Client Expansion and Engagement :
- Understand product and service offerings and have a hands-on approach to service the client
- Focus on building long-term loyalty by meeting your clients as an when required.
- Be able to perform all functions from business development to implementation (deployment, client engagement) at a client site. This is possible by having in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the client's life cycle.
- Unlock new markets by working closely with our marketing teams and coordinating/executing city-specific marketing strategies
- Enhance value proposition for residents through improving end-user experience
- Evaluate and roll-out new products and services offering to leverage our strategic partners
Team Management :
- Understand the culture and make sure the culture of the company is percolated to the last person of the city organization
- Manage a team of high-pedigree individuals and help groom our future rockstars and leaders of the organization
Stakeholder Management :
- Build relationships /partnerships with builder communities, guarding companies and other stakeholders to generate new business for the organization. Important that all relevant players in commercials/residential sector are aware of organization product offerings
- Represent the organization at local events and with local PR when needed
- Partner with cities & address local regulatory requirements
- Keep communication transparency with corporate office on periodic ( daily, weekly) basis based nature of the topic and agreeing on reporting mechanism
- Identify & communicate product/process needs to product & engineering stakeholders
Requirements :
- Minimum total experience of 7/8 years with at least 4 years in managing high performing multi-functional team
- Knack of driving process excellence via process re-engineering, systems, and tools.
- Understanding of change management and comfort in collaborating across functions, cities and corporate office to drive change.
- Deep understanding and experience in managing sales and operations team
- Bent of mind for data-driven decision making
- Great analytical and communication skills
