City Head - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

A professionally-managed Private Equity invested real estate solutions company, is looking for a City Head to dynamically manage its affairs. We are a young & dynamic team with rich and relevant experience, driven by the commitment to deliver the best in class services with total transparency. We understand that property buying is an important decision and hence we act as the buyer's representative to ensure our customer's interests are taken care of. Our philosophy is to add value at every stage of the buying process, by bringing efficiency in the system, high service benchmarks, and ultimately ensuring that the customer gets a dream property at a fair and affordable price.

- Identifying new residential / commercial projects in various locations across Hyderabad and signing marketing mandates.

- Running an independent P&L for the territory

- Maintaining Operational Control for the territory

- Managing PR with the Builders, NBFCs and other Partners

- Hiring and Motivating the team

- Creating lead generation touch points by tying up with various channel partners.

- Conducting and participating in various promotional activities like property fairs, E-mailer campaigns, News paper advertisements, New project launches, road shows in corporate, banks and investment bankers.

- Interacting with the customers for site visit, appraising them with suitable projects and thereby ensuring transactions.

- Responsible for month on month revenue and collection of the same before the provisioning period to maintain the debtor ratio.
