Job Description :

- Responsible for the city P&L

- Recruit, train and lead a team across functions, to drive profitability for the city business.

A logistics aggregator, which uses cutting edge technology to solve logistics and distribution challenges for its customers.

Description :

- The incumbent will be responsible for formulating the GTM strategy and city growth

- Plan and execute P&L activities for city growth

- Maintain positive month on month growth, for the city.

- Manage both supply/demand for city growth

Profile :

- At least 5 years of experience in sales

- At least 3 years of experience in team management

- Ability to work independently and in a high growth environment

- Experience with P&L management
