Job Profile:  1. Responsible for handling and monitoring day to day operations in an assigned group of city  2. Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, core operations and finance functions  3. Responsible for recruiting and building the area specific ground operations team to ensure smooth ground level operations  4. Training and equipping the operations team to conduct their day to day tasks  5. Train and guide ground operations team towards easy and quick technology adoption  6. Responding for handling ad-hoc on-ground situations  7.
