City Head - Operations - P&L - QSR

Looking for City Head for a unique QSR format. (P&L Head).

An Ideal candidate should have :

Academics : IIM (A,B,C,L) / ISB with an engineering background.

Capabilities :

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Should have worked with reputed fmcg / consumer brand either in sales/strategy/marketing.

- Ability to structure complex problems, and operations experience is very relevant for this Position

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable, since this job involves management of end to end P&L

- Candidate must be high on energy

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- A critical job that involves managing end to end P&L.

- Building the brand from scratch; hiring, training, new launches and business development

- Execution of growth through understanding of product market fit and strong innovative marketing to capture customers

- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy
