Job Description:

- Manage team of DST SM

- Drive business and motivate the team to achieve business targets

- Manage Operational efficiency and accuracy measured via various operational metrics

- Developing new builder relationships and other distribution channels for maximum loan

Growth

- Nurture existing builder relationships

- Plan and execute Sales promotion activities.

- Ability to obtain high collection efficiency and minimum NPAs for the portfolio.

- Monitor achievement of highest levels of customer service.

- Supervising daily activities of the team.

- Mentor and devise strategies to bring out the best results.

Education and experience:

- 6-10 years- relevant experience in mortgage, preferred in affordable housing.

- Any graduate.

- MBA would be an added advantage.
