We have an urgent role with one of the biggest restaurant and discovery services group at Pune & Jaipur

Qualification : MBA - Tier 1 Colleges

Exp: 4-6 yrs

CTC - 25/30 Lacs

Candidates/Preference -

1. Would be from companies like Uber, Uber eats, Rivigo, Urban Clap etc

2. Second Preference would be from logistics companies like Delhivery, Blackbuck, Fire Fox- .

3. E commerce companies like Flipkart, Amazon etc would be next.

- People with 5-8 years of proven - sales and merchant partnering experience in well run organisation

- Proven contribution in roles wherein improving merchant growth and experience has been a KPI

- Experience in building supply for a B2C product is a bonus

- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and forecasting


- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a skilled layered team

- Strong capability around problem solving and structuring

About the Role :

- Gold is a relatively new business and we are looking for strong business leaders across cities to build and maintain the city's restaurant partner base to drive exponential growth in this business.

- In the next 12 months, we see the membership base grow 10X in India alone. You will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining and growing the city's Gold restaurant partner network, which is the most critical lever for user experience.

Locations: Hiring for Chennai,Bangalore

- Here's what your day looks like:

- Building and leading a strong local sales team who will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Gold restaurant partners

- Defining sales processes, targets and incentives that drive desired outcomes and build efficiencies where required

- Drive superior restaurant partner experience right from onboarding & staff training to value communication

- Training your team to ensure individual growth and strengthen capability that improves overall partner engagement conversations and team effectiveness

- Driving aggressive acquisition rates to maintain a wide range of dining out choices for Gold members, ensuring zero churn of restaurant partners and no cases of denial of service to members will be your KPIs

- Maintaining relationships with the city's key accounts and actively developing plans to engage with them and deliver client satisfaction

- Managing post-sales processes and interventions to minimize escalations and ensuring a superior user experience for members in your city

- Identifying pain-points for your market and implement innovative solutions

- Driving partner engagement through offline marketing; supporting the marketing lead to help close on and execute events and partnerships

- Exhibiting high ownership towards outcomes and liaising with multiple stakeholders within the organization to get the job done.
