Role Vision :

Own our company as Business head for the city and support driving growth in alignment with organizational strategy. Develop and implement overall City strategy and success plan in collaboration with projects, operations, partner management (Food brands and aggregators) and BI teams.

Responsibilities :

- Own Our Company as City Head and support driving growth in alignment with country/organizational strategy

- Develop and implement overall strategy and success plan in collaboration with operations, partner management, and BI teams

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with existing and new partners across the city.

- Develop compelling business cases for each kitchen Hub project via cross-functional coordination with operations, partner management, and finance

- Own daily, weekly and yearly performance across the city

- Ensure partner needs are addressed and strong relations are maintained with all stakeholders and assist in local integration

- Oversee vertical growth through pilot test creation and implementation in conjunction with operational partner and other city markets.

- Participate in city calls/summits and drive collaboration and best practice across the city.

What we are looking for :

- Bachelors or masters degree in business administration. F&B background will be an added advantage. This is not a constraint for the right candidate.

- Min. 7 years of relevant experience with P&L and sales responsibility

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Experience in developing and running kitchen operations; early stage setup experience would be an advantage

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Prior experience in food brands preferred
