- Our client is one of a kind beverage startup with a wide range of non-alcoholic refreshing drink mixers. The startup has taken inspiration from the strong Indian history with such mixers and owing to the varied spices and botanicals available in India they offer all-natural flavored drinks. 


- The startup boasts of developing unique tonic waters and refreshing drink mixers. The startup has already carved a niche for itself in the premium beverage segment. They have their online presence and have made their way to the shelves of popular retail outlets. Within a few months of its launch, the startup has invaded the market by tieing with top restaurants in metro cities. Soon they will be launching in Hong Kong, UK, and other European countries.

- The startup was founded by a trio of friends who have a passion for drinks and want to disrupt the adult beverage market. They are serial entrepreneurs in the brewing and distillery industry

As a City Head- Horeca Sales, you will be striving to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

What you will do :

- Maintaining and updating sales funnel and initiating sales reviews in conjugation with senior sales executives.

- Ensuring profitable sales volumes and strategic objective targets.

- Implementing sales strategies that lead to high consumer satisfaction.

- Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach sales targets.

- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

- Managing & Maintaining chain accounts.

- Building teams under each vertical of sales as and when required.

- Maintaining alliance with existing distributors and setting up new associations.

- Providing strategic marketing insights to the marketing team to enough brand visibility & uptake. These include channel partnerships, events, and trade-related tie-ups.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 5+ years of experience in HORECA Sales

- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals

- Ability to understand the customers needs and develop appropriate solutions

- Excellent and Impressive communication skills

- Flexible for moderate travel
