City Head - eCommerce

I. Responsible for the overall growth of the city, including growing the user base

II. Understand the culture of the city and identify new ways to get the experience in front of new customers.

III. Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.

IV. Manage deployment of partner app at the partner's location and ensure usage.

V. Represent the app at local events and with local PR.

VI. Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them.

VII. Develop complex brand and event partnerships. Programs that evolve and transform the way that app markets and sells the app for Business.

VIII. Create the strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, etc.

IX. Lead deployment of partner's app and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports and dashboards

X. Responsible for building tools and creative processes for the sales organization to boost productivity

XI. Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of training for the Sales organization and manage the onboarding process of new Sales employees.
