Key Responsibilities
1 . Business Development
a. Responsible to Acquire corporate relations for the assigned Location Individually and with the help of team
b. Retain and service the account regularly
2. Sales
a. Responsible for the sales and revenue target for the location across products
b. Responsible for acquiring no. of Individual client and to increase their wallet share
3. Team Management
a. Recruitment, training and retention in co-ordination with H.O
b. Team members performance- weekly, monthly and Quarterly reviews.
c. To ensure that Team members gets regular sales from assigned accounts
d. Team is up-to-date and hands on sales process, products, policies and MIS.
4. MIS and Process
a. Expected to follow designed Sales process and compliance norms
b. MIS updation on or before prefix time line
c. No. wise we look at 15 new corporates to be acquired every month, 600 new client to be added with 5cr.ofAUM and 5Lacs of premium
