Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the city.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including space management, customer service, and vendor management.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and collaborations to increase market presence and revenue.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency, including effectively managing the profit and loss (P&L) for the city.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company's brand and services in the city.
- Source supply and collaborate with coworking managed oGice partners to onboard them onto the company's platform, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and help organizations in acquiring new customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in real estate, business development, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
