City Head - Circulation - Media

My client is a leading English language daily newspaper and are seeking a CIty Head - Circulation for Mumbai.

Job Description:

- End to end ownership of circulation/sales through trade as well as CSP routes

- Accountable for increase & maintain the NPS for the region

- Responsible for overall market share & increase in the focus markets

- Ensure efficient sales process to reduce/minimize wastages

- Link between the logistics as well as commercial operation for smooth sales operations

- Front face of the Circulation vertical in the market & trade partners

- Maintaining very high level of trade engagements as well as relationship

The incumbent has to be a hands on people manager due to large manpower reporting

- Should have the capability to take the complete team together for achievements of the organization objectives

- Strict adherence of company’s sales processes by self as well as by the team

- Identification of high performers for future role enhancements

- Constant development of team’s skills and capabilities

- Support the Head of Circulation in identifying the process gaps and improvise if required

- Brand Ambassador of the newspaper in the market and ensure adherence to company values & ethics

The candidate should be willing to visit depots early morning (5am) atleast once every week.

Experience : 14-18 years

CTC - Rs 15 - 17 Lpa

Qualifications:

MBA Marketing
