City Head (CEO role) - Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore

Company is into retail chain for chai and coffee. it has multiple tea/cafe retail chain outlets in Delhi/NCR.

Will play a role of Mini CEO.

Capabilities :

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution

- Ability to structure complex problems, and operations experience

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable, since this job involves management of end to end P&L

- Candidate must be high on energy

Responsibilities :

- Mini CEO role - a critical job that involves managing end to end P&L of a city

- Building the company brand in a new city from scratch; hiring, training, new stores and business development

- Execution of growth of outlets through understanding of product market fit and strong innovative marketing to capture customers

- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy
