As the City Head, you will be the driving force behind our city sales team at a top Job Board. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and team leadership to smash business objectives and growth targets, with a laser focus on boosting sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Excellence : Oversee the daily hustle of the city team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Growth Hacking : Identify and seize new clients to drive exponential revenue growth.

- Revenue Rock star : Develop and execute killer strategies to achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.

- Team Dynamo : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

- Client Whisperer : Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Synergy Seeker : Work hand-in-hand with the other product sales team to identify and exploit cross selling opportunities and drive joint initiatives.

- Data-Driven Decision Maker : Provide regular updates and reports on key performance metrics and business outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications :
