Responsibilities

- Drive revenues for AMC products

- Help establish Co. in B2C segment

- Expand network of customers and innovative strategies to target them

- Define promotion plan in coordination with central Marketing team

- Leverage combination of offline and online marketing to target customers

- Monitor implementation of business plan

- Establish relationships with key personnel at HSG and other partners

- Train and manage sales team

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and monitor performance

- Identify improvements in product offerings

Key Result Area

- Revenue from AMC products

- Performance against budgeted targets

- Network expansion and management

- Innovative ways to target customers

- Effectiveness of campaigns

- Compliance with corporate policies and guidelines

Key Requirements

- Experience in B2C sales, especially in services segment

- Market knowledge and relationships

- Negotiation and team handling skills

- Good communication skills

- Independent working with limited supervision
